Excellent service. Paul Sr answered right away & was helpful over the phone. Paul Jr came out that day (late on a Friday afternoon) to take care of our pump & tank problems. He took time to explain the system & what had gone wrong. Friendly, quality service. I will definitely use Hartcraft next time.

Paul is amazing and helped get us right in a quick fashion we werent really in a bind but his service was amazing and he kept us updated and never missed a call just want to say what great service and thank you!

Paul Hartcraft comes from a multi-generation business, and it truly shows. He is extremely knowledgeable, fair with pricing, and consistently makes himself available. They came through for us in a clutch situation over Thanksgiving when we had an urgent issue and helped get it resolved quickly. The stakes were especially high because this was a 12-bedroom short-term rental with over 30 guests relying on uninterrupted service. Their professionalism and responsiveness made all the difference, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Hartcraft installed and services our aerobic septic system. They inspect our system on schedule and always let us know ahead of time that they're coming. They are always courteous and polite, and take the time to discuss our systems' status and answer our question. Couldn't ask for more.
