Excellent service. Paul Sr answered right away & was helpful over the phone. Paul Jr came out that day (late on a Friday afternoon) to take care of our pump & tank problems. He took time to explain the system & what had gone wrong. Friendly, quality service. I will definitely use Hartcraft next time.

We had an aerobic system pump fail and Paul helped get us back up and running in a few hours. He is very knowledgeable and was very professional. He made sure everything was in perfect working condition before he put his stamp of approval on it. We also had great conversation with him along with teaching me the basics of how my system worked. Paul Hartcraft comes from a multi-generation business, and it truly shows. He is extremely knowledgeable, fair with pricing, and consistently makes himself available. They came through for us in a clutch situation over Thanksgiving when we had an urgent issue and helped get it resolved quickly. The stakes were especially high because this was a 12-bedroom short-term rental with over 30 guests relying on uninterrupted service. Their professionalism and responsiveness made all the difference, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
